Second edition of British Documentary brings the best of UK documentaries in Bucharest

The second edition of British Documentary kicks off October 3rd with a collection of ten documentaries. The British Documentary project was initiated by the British Council Romania in the frame of the “New Work New Audiences” program and aims at presenting the Romanian audience with the best of contemporary British documentaries, awarded by the Grierson Film Festival in the UK.

Live broadcast of Covent Garden Faust postpones yearly impressionism art auction

The Bucharest Opera house will host on September 28 a live broadcast of the opera Faust from the Royal Opera House Covent Garden. The HD satellite transmission of Charles Gounod's Faust will start at 21.00. Access is allowed until 20.45. The price of a ticket is RON 45.

The event will push the scheduled Artmark yearly Romanian impressionism and post impressionism art bid to Thursday September 29.
